Our typical dinner

Dinner at Warung April. Few meters from our losmen and coloured with yellow. Only 3 options of food available: fish, chicken and shrimps. Food takes ages to prepare but we don’t mind as it means they’re fresh and it suits the laid back atmosphere of the island

Becareful with the sambal…very hot but delicious indeed 🙂 These Kalimantan people know how to make sambal !
