I need to confess that I am the least active among us three in term of work out. And ofcourse, now I am the most heaviest in the group 🙈. My two besties never cease down to encourage me to move more, exercise, and dieting well. For this encouragement, I am so grateful to have them in this life 🥰.
Last Saturday (Sep 10th), was my first time joining public events doing work out together. Talking about mile stones hahaha.. My usual self would never imagine doing effort to get ready, driving to the venue or even paid to get my self sweaty… But thanks to my persistent bestie Dian… We made it ! 😉
Dian almost forgot the date actually… And I secretly hope to get the last minutes escape from this event 🤣🤣🤣… But I think even universe want me to move that day, so both of us finally met there in Tennis Court Senayan On Time 😊 at 14.30 !
Dian already got us registered for one hour LIIT Session. LIIT is Low Intensity Interval Training. For beginners like us, this work out is recommended. Because it is low intensity, low impact (no jump), so it is save and even pregnant lady can do it. In our session that day, there were some pregnant ladies participating.
We had three Ladies as our instructor that day. Each of the ladies give 3 sets of movement. Each movements, we need to do it around 10 times. As this is LIIT, after each set of movement we got interval break around 15 seconds.
The movements mostly combination of Plank, Squat, Sit Up, and Push Up. We should be able to feel our muscle stretch if we did it right. Even though it was low intensity and no jump, DJ of the event provided us with the upbeat music to hype up the session.
It was a great FUN ! With my bestie next to me… energetic surrounding… I had a very great experience in working out ! And guess what.. for me 216KCal was burnt ! (Maybe more for Dian) And It turn out to be my best work out experience so far 👍😊 We had a really great time !
Every Journey start with little baby steps, I still have long way to go, This great experience motivate me to start moving again regularly. Not yet there… but slowly moving forward ! Hope you all can also find your baby steps… Sometime, motivation is just there around the corner, but it so difficult to see it clearly… CAIYO !! 💪🏃🏻♀️💪
